After school & weekend youth climbing programs are designed for all ability levels, whether your child is brand new to climbing or has been scaling the walls for years.

Our small class sizes (4:1) allow us to get to know your child individually and provide the proper instruction to suit their abilities and interest. Your child will build friendships while they build their knowledge and self-confidence.

Join us for our new class for your little ones ages 1-3! Toddler Time is a fun class facilitated by our youth instructors. We will explain activities for parents to help their toddlers climb, explore, crawl and play with others!

Yoga: Wednesdays
Instructor: Jenny
Free for Members and only $10 for everyone else! Yoga is a great compliment to climbing that helps increase dexterity, flexibility and balance.

Climbing Technique Sessions EVERY MONDAY NIGHT STARTING JANUARY 20 from 6PM-7:30PM

No experience or previous climbing knowledge is required, only a desire to learn and try hard!

All skill levels are welcome!

Sessions will be centered on training and conditioning drills to build strength, power, and fine tune technique. Along with advancing their climbing level, this tech class will prepare climbers for reaching personal goals, transitioning outside and to train alongside other progressing climbers.

We are now offering personal training and technical instruction in the sport of climbing. This program is best suited to those looking to:

Seriously improve their performance in the sport of climbing through dedicated, personalized training programs and sessions
Develop a strong base of strength and conditioning to remain injury free while pursuing climbing or fitness goals
Have their technique and movement on the wall analyzed to better perform through more efficient utilization of technique and improve movement economy

Send Squad: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 6:00-8:00 pm

1x/week or 2x/week

Send Squad is for climbers looking to progress their climbing level, strength, and technique.
No experience or previous climbing knowledge is required, only a desire to learn and try hard!

On Monday, January 6 and Tuesday, January 7, reps from Black Diamond, La Sportiva, Scarpa and Evolv will be visiting our Peace Dale, RI and South Boston locations respectively from 6pm to 9pm to answer all your questions with an incredible selection of shoes to try on, test out and compare on our climbing walls!

FrictionLabs will also be demoing their high performance chalk!
