New indoor rock climbing, fitness, and yoga facility will soon open in Fayetteville

Local resident Dennis Nelms has partnered with Drew Sloss and Lance Brock from Tennessee’s Climb Nashville to open a 19,000-square-foot facility called Climb Fayetteville at 1475 W. Drake Street.

Nelms said the new facility will include several climbing walls for all levels of experience, with toprope and leadable terrain walls up to 45 feet tall, along with smaller 30-foot walls for kids, and 14-foot walls for bouldering (unroped climbing).

Here’s another look at the interior of Climb Nashville, a facility that Climb Fayetteville will be modeled after.

“We’re designing Climb Fayetteville for all ages and abilities, from the first-time climber to the most advanced,” Nelms said. “There will be a variety of climbing terrains that will be fun and exciting for any level or age.”
